Return and Refund Policy

Live Birds
- No refunds or returns on live animals once shipped, except under our 72-Hour Live Arrival Guarantee (bird cost only; shipping/handling non-refundable).
- Valid DOA claims require report within 72 hours + photos.
- Refunds/credits at our discretion. Replacements are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refund instead of replacing birds covered by our 72-hour guarantee.

Cancellations
- Orders cancelable before processing (full refund minus any fees). Processing takes place the Friday before your selected shipment date.
- Once processed/shipped: No cancellations/refunds.
